The Approach
My Approach
Ownership, Not Consulting. Results, Not Reports.
Most IT consultants operate from the outside. They assess, advise, and move on. The deliverable is a report. The accountability ends when the invoice is paid.
I work differently. When you engage Levaris, you get a fractional CIO who operates as part of your leadership team. I attend your meetings. I own the outcomes. I’m accountable for the technology decisions I recommend — because I’ll be here next month, and the month after that, to live with the consequences.
This isn’t hourly consulting. It’s executive leadership with skin in the game.
Getting Started
How We Start Working Together
Initial Conversation
A free 30-minute call where we discuss your current IT landscape, strategic priorities, and whether fractional CIO services are the right fit. No NDAs or commitments required.
IT Assessment
If we decide to move forward, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of your IT operations, infrastructure, team, and strategic alignment. This assessment alone has saved clients six-figure mistakes on ERP decisions.
Strategic Roadmap
Based on the assessment, I develop a prioritized IT roadmap aligned with your business goals. This becomes the foundation for our ongoing engagement.
Ongoing Partnership
We settle into a rhythm — regular on-site visits, leadership meetings, project oversight, and always-available support. The engagement scales up or down as your needs change. You’re never locked into a tier.
The Difference
Why This Model Works
Real CIO Experience
Most IT consultants advise from the outside. I’ve sat in the chair, managed the budget, reported to the board, and made the tough calls. When I tell you an ERP vendor is overselling, it’s because I’ve built ERP software and I’ve managed these implementations 8 times.
Continuity Over Projects
Strategy isn’t a one-time deliverable. It’s an ongoing conversation between your business goals and your technology capabilities. A fractional CIO who stays engaged month after month provides strategic continuity that project-based consultants never can.
Quality Over Quantity
I work with 3–4 clients at a time. This isn’t a volume practice. Each client gets my full attention and the benefit of deep understanding that only comes from sustained engagement.
I’m motivated by solving interesting problems and helping companies succeed — not by maximizing billable hours. If fractional CIO services aren’t the right fit for your situation, I’ll tell you that upfront.
